If you're looking for something to share with potential buyers, the e-books are great. Just go to http://mykw.kw.com and search with the key words "Your First Home"

We also got interviewed by Smart Money on some do/don'ts for first time buyers as the deadline approaches: http://www.smartmoney.com/Personal-Finance/Real-Estate/4-Ways-to-Shave-Time-Off-Buying-a-Home/

Thanks for the comments!

This is a good marketing tool that should really create urgency in the 1st time home buyer market. I'm personally trying to close a few deals by the 8K tax credit deadline (which I personally believe should be extended), with some of my 1st time buyers and I came across this and thought it would be great to share with everyone.
