I felt both honored and excited to spend time with Mary, Mary, and Mo at "The Gift of Leadership" session. In their words, "everything rises and falls on leadership". If we want to indentify the reasons that our company has experienced such incredible success over the past two decades, we only have to look to our leadership for the answers. The leadership in our company is of the highest order, both because of their track record, and due to their unrelenting commitment to build the leadership skills of those around them. This commitment extends to our Regional Directors, Operating Principles, Team Leaders, MCAs, Associate Leadership Council members, and the other fine KW agents who recognize that leadership is the key to a career worth having, business worth owning, and a life worth living.
I for one, am veryvproud to be a part of the Keller Williams family.
