Great post Alexis. When you see how the Keller Williams business model can benefit anyone that follows it, it ignites a passion within. Plus, the overall culture and beliefs of KW lined up perfectly with what I was looking for in a company.

Not everyone knows about KW; I lived less than two miles away from the SW Market Center in Austin for almost 10 years and wasn't aware Keller Williams was any different from other companies. It took the guy above, Aaron Kaufman, to open my eyes and share with me why I had to be at KW. It goes to show you that all you have to do is get out there and share with others why you are happy where you are and the rest will fall into place.

Aaron, thanks for telling me about Keller Williams!!

Thanks for the inspirational message Alexis. One of the big myths of KW, is that the profit share opportunity is over and that the people that started the company are the only ones making any profit share. Five years ago, I decided to get 'on purpose' with my recruiting and attracted my first agent to the company. In the past five years, I have gone from $0 in profit share to over $130,000 in cumulative profit share. The bottom line, is NOW is the time to recruit. It was a lot harder back in the beginning to convince agents that this was a legitamate model for a real estate company. Today, KW is about to be the 2nd largest real estate company in the U.S. and soon to be number one....you don't have to sell this model, just communicate the model!
