Presenting a comprehensive overview of “the real estate industry’s first and only complete lead-to-close agent business solution,” Cary Sylvester, executive director of technology for Keller Williams Realty International asked a standing-room-only audience toward the end of her 7:30 a.m. breakout session on Sunday, “and do you know what the really cool thing is?”

“Who do you think looks really good as a result of all of the parties to the transaction being invited into your myTransactions loop. It’s not Keller Williams Realty, and it’s not your brokerage. It’s you.”

Setting the stage for the technology tool that will “forever change the game of real estate with ONE login, to ONE system, and one entry of data to manage your entire business – from the time you receive a lead through all of the contact management, marketing and transaction management that occurs up to closing.”

Counting down the hours until the launch of eEdge, during Mark Willis’ State of the Company Address, Cary alerted attendees to the fact that immediately after the launch, “you’ll notice a change to the myKW home page. You’ll be guided through a tutorial on the process of activating your new eEdge account, and from then on, the eEdge Control Panel will be right there every time you log into myKW.”

In closing, Bob Bill, vice president of customer relations for Market Leader, one of Keller Williams vendors in the development of eEdge said, “eEdge is phenomenal. It is cutting edge and no one has it except you. Behind every great agent is a great system.”
