I think Google+ Circles has fixed a huge problem with Facebook: the separation of personal and professional. Now you can still post about anything you like, and designate who gets to see what. Brilliant!

Great info! Setting up your Circles while you have a couple dozen connections is a whole lot easier than doing it when you have a couple thousand.

(only wish Facebook would have thought this out from the start - try going through 1,700 friends to put them in groups, not a fun task)

I see a ton of potential with circles. Being able to easily categorize different groups of people based on your relationship with them. I have circles setup for past clients, realtors, etc. So far I'm loving it and the opportunity it will bring to keep connected with my SOI. While Google Plus may not be a CRM, it's a good supplement for a CRM.

My Sphere is not on G+. Don't lose sight of the 3 L's with shiny object syndrome. Facebook is where it is at for keeping in touch with your sphere and extended sphere.

AOL brought consumers to email in the early 1990s, Facebook is bringing consumers to social networking in an "AOL" fashion. While many people have embraced G+ my betting money for Return on Time Spent is still on Facebook. The demo Buying & Selling houses in my market area are far more Facebook'ers than G+'ers.
