		<description><![CDATA[I just had the worse experience with a short sale.  My agent Courtney Newton actually let my house go into forclosure even though we had two offers.  I found the process to be completely biased, it feels as if all I did was open my house to predator investors who were aided by my KW Realtor.]]></description>
