In a Trump book I read years ago, The Donald believes when everyone is going a certain direction, turn around and go the opposite...you&#039;ll have a bigger audience.

Shinny objects sell clients and houses.  You just have to know where to allot your focus.  One of the best ways to get a listing is to tell  them about the massive syndication you have.
