Book Signing by HOLD Authors

“Invest in what you know, understand and can somewhat control,” said Jim McKissack, co-author of HOLD during today’s panel unveiling the final edition to the Millionaire Investor Series. “We wrote this book to share the models and strategies we’ve been using for over 20 years.”

And, based on the crowd’s response during a sold-out book signing immediately following—mission accomplished.

Jim and the other HOLD Authors’—Steve Chader, Jennice Doty and Linda McKissack—message of education around wealth building remained the focus of the on-stage interview, with Gary spearheading the cause as facilitator.

Real estate agents not only have the tools to sell properties, but also to become millionaire investors themselves, he said. “When you immerse yourself in education [on wealth building and HOLD investing], you get it and you take action. You become the expert.”

That’s exactly what he and the HOLD authors want readers to do: take hold of their financial futures.

“This isn’t a get-rich-quick scheme,” said Linda, “but a long-term strategy, and we’ve proven it works.”

And once you have the concept down, your clients will appreciate you stepping up as the authority; asking them the tough questions so that they can accomplish their wealth-building goals. In fact, lead generating to help people build wealth is one of the most rewarding parts of finishing this book, Steve shared. “Use one of our stories to move you forward,” he said. “Eventually you’ll have your own.”

Are you making your referral partners earn the right to receive your business? As an agent you are in charge of what goes where. The clients trust you to handle the mortgage and title needs they have as well. Shouldn’t your vendors help you sell your properties?
