Just 18 months after announcing the start of Keller Williams Realty’s global launch and the signing of the company’s first franchise outside of North America, KW Worldwide President Chris Heller, was thrilled to announce Keller Williams Realty’s expansion into the United Kingdom.
“We are pleased to welcome Donald Morris and Mike Coffey, as well as their team members Richard Loudon and Paul Maho as the newest members to our Worldwide family,” he said from the stage during his State of KW Worldwide address.
Heller also touted the achievements of the company’s regions outside of North America and welcomed more than 100 international guests from countries including Brazil, China, Colombia, Ghana, Israel, Italy, Mexico, Poland and Russia.
“Around the globe, entrepreneurs, brokers and agents are looking for and asking for what we offer,” Heller said. “They crave our models, systems, training and technology. And because Keller Williams can offer all of those at a level they have never seen before, we are attracting tremendous talent and gaining momentum.”
In addition to welcoming the United Kingdom to Keller Williams Realty, Heller shared some of the milestones our global partners have hit:
The Vietnam Region has opened its regional office and its first market center in Ho Chi Minh City.
Indonesia will soon be celebrating the grand opening of two market centers.
In Southern Africa, there are now 10 Keller Williams Realty market centers and more than 150 associates.
And two of the newest members of the worldwide family, Germany and Turkey, have launched their regional offices and will be opening their first market centers soon.
“KW Leaders, it is crystal clear that Keller Williams outside of North America is destined to become the same powerful force that we are in the U.S. and Canada.”
