Today Gary Gentry facilitated the Maximize Your Profitability session with Richard Stone, Rebekah Rivers and Cathy Naiser as panelists. The group shared tips on how they create higher profit by managing expenses. All the panelists agreed that there were some true hidden benefits that only a downturn or tougher market had brought home.

“Business Fixed Overhead” items are always the enemy. They are reoccurring and have to be paid monthly, quarterly, or annually – regardless of your sales income each month.

Some questions they agreed you must ask yourself:

KW Associates Break a World Record at Red Bash!

Keller Williams associates took to the dance floors to perform that Cha-Cha Slide to break the previous Guinness Book of World Record of 250 individuals dancing at one event.

It’s no suprise that WE DID IT!, with an extraordinary 2,000 associates doing the Cha-Cha Slide at one time during RED Bash! Even Mo Anderson, Vice Chairman of the Board joined the dancers from Keller Williams Realty International. Take a look:

The room was packed with agents of all ages and experience during Rick Geha’s Lead Generation: Focus on Success Breakout Session yesterday afternoon. Geha congratulated those who were getting into the business during a time when most are getting out, and applauded the veterans who still understand the power education and training can have in taking their businesses to even higher levels.

Joking that the class was previously named “Power of One” and that Gary Keller has taken that name for a new project he’s working on, Geha still emphasized that Lead Generation is the No.1 thing agents should be doing. Recognizing that Lead Generation is one of the more challenging activities for real estate agents, he told agents “not to beat themselves up about it – you’ll be eating into you three hours!” he laughed.
