My Dear Family -

What an honor it is to be the recipient of a birthday present that unites, energizes and mobilizes Keller Williams agents all over North America to go into their communities and do these good and wonderful projects. Every year I hear about the incredible acts of kindness and awesome amount of giving and I am deeply, deeply touched.

RED Day is our culture at work. And it’s the glue that binds our company together as we express our commitment and our solid values to make our communities better places in which to live. I can’t tell you how awesome it is to see videos like the one below display our wonderful culture in action. You are incredible, and I thank you.

The 11th Annual Inspirational Brunch celebrated stories of “unyielding effort” demonstrated by exemplary members of the Keller Williams family over the past year. One of the highlights (especially for the proud staff at KWRI!) was Mo’s announcement that Cory Older, KWRI staff member and visionary of RED Day, was this year’s recipient of the Bob Carter Inspirational Award. Watch the video below to see the exciting moment!

We snuck into the Inspirational Brunch before it kicked off and found Mo extending her appreciation to the wait staff that would soon serve 8000+ attendees. Even when nobody is watching, Mo is an incredible model that we’re all proud to follow!
