I Moved to KW to Sustain My Business's Success

What led Tushar Vakhariya to Keller Williams is a common refrain expressed by many other agents on the move: He wanted to join a company that could help sustain his business’s success.


A top-performing owner in a Bloomfield Hills RE/MAX office, Vakhariya had earned a Lifetime Achievement Award, consecutive Diamond Award Club recognitions and acknowledgement for being the No. 1 associate in Michigan for three consecutive years.

In 2016 alone, Vakhariya secured $45 million in sales. But eventually he realized that his rapid growth needed additional support, particularly in the areas of innovation and technology. “I knew that a change was needed,” says Vakhariya. “Within my first month, I attended workshops that discussed the importance of social media and time management. Despite my years in real estate, I was pleased to learn of new ways to improve my business. I have also been impressed with the staff and the beautiful office.”

During what Vakhariya says has been a smooth transition, he has marveled as the company’s team approach creates an environment where his business can thrive – and his clients have stayed with him. “In fact,” he says, “I have more people reaching out to me.”
