Moving from E to P is an eye opener for many agents. Each of us will hit a ceiling of achievement, whether it be production, income, etc. Moving from E to P means you move from what comes natural to doing what is unnatural by implementing better models and systems, adding more accountability with coaching, thinking “outside” of the box. This will ensure that you breakthrough your ceiling of achievement.
